Use Wonderware Alarm Adviser to Analyze ClearSCADA Alarms

You can use Wonderware® Alarm Adviser to analyze historical alarm data that has been collected from various Schneider Electric software products, including ClearSCADA. To use the software to analyze alarms from ClearSCADA, you need to install and configure both Alarm Adviser and the ClearSCADA Collector for Alarm Adviser. The applications should be installed on different machines to ClearSCADA and each other. For more information, see the documentation provided with Alarm Adviser and its ClearSCADA Collector.

The ClearSCADA Collector for Alarm Adviser can collect alarms from ClearSCADA using either OPC AE or the Alarm Summary means of data collection. To use the latter means of data collection, the Alarm Summary feature has to be enabled in ClearSCADA.
