Export the Report in HTML Format
If ClearSCADA is to export a report in HTML format, use the Format field on the Export Format tab to specify the HTML format. Use the fields on the tab to specify:
- Version—Specify to which version of HTML a report is to be exported. Choose from 3.2 or 4.0.
- Page Navigator—Select this check box to add a ‘page navigator’ to the bottom of each page of a report, when it is exported to HTML format. The page navigator enables you to navigate between the HTML pages in a report, regardless of whether the pages form the same or a series of separate HTML files.
Clear the check box if you do not require a page navigator in your report.
- Separate HTML Pages—Select this check box for the report to form one or more separate HTML pages, when it is exported to HTML format. Each page forms a separate HTML file. As such, if you have a seven-page report, ClearSCADA exports the report as seven separate HTML files, with each file name comprising the report name, followed by a number (1 to 7). You can specify a Page Navigator (see above) in order to navigate between the HTML files.
To set the report to form a single HTML file when exported to HTML, clear the check box. The pages of the report follow on from one another in the file. If you specify a single-file HTML file in conjunction with a Page Navigator, the navigator will appear at the end of each ‘page’ within the HTML file, allowing easy navigation to other pages within the file.
