Use the Low Voltage Alarm Level field on the SCADAPack tab to specify the DC supply voltage below which the SCADAPack E outstation will set the ‘Local Input Power Supply Low’ system point.
To generate an alarm in ClearSCADA when the SCADAPack E outstation detects a low input voltage, create a DNP3 SCADAPack E binary input point in the ClearSCADA database for the ‘Local Input Power Supply Low’ system point (point number 50206).
