Outgoing Call Quality Factor
Associated with: PSTN channels that are chosen due to their higher quality factor, rather than the fewest total calls
This status attribute is only displayed if:
- The method used for determining which channel is to call a PSTN outstation is set to Use channel with highest quality (see Define how a PSTN Channel is Selected for Communications in the ClearSCADA Guide to Server Administration)
- The channel’s Dial In/Out function is set to an option other than ‘Dial In Only’. (The option is specified on the Channel’s configuration Form.)
The status attribute indicates the channel’s current call quality factor and the date and time at which that quality factor was last updated (the date and time of the last outgoing call via the channel).
