Outgoing Calls

Associated with: PSTN channels; PSTN outstations, including Slave PSTN outstations; Outstations, including Slave outstations, on which PSTN fallback is enabled

This status attribute displays summary information about the outgoing calls on a particular channel, or from a particular outstation, since the call statistics were last reset.

Example:

40 call(s) (2 terminated unexpectedly, 0 did not establish) of duration 22M 11S since 05/Nov/2007 10:08:59.875

If the Reset Call Statistics pick action has been used to reset the statistics, two entries are displayed—the lower entry lists the previous statistics, the upper entry is ‘live’ and logs the call statistics since the pick action was last used:

Example:

No calls since 23/Nov/2007 08:07:47.266

1634 call(s) (8 terminated unexpectedly, 1 did not establish) of duration 15H 6M 11S between 09/Apr/2004 13:41:32.290 and 23/Nov/2007 08:07:47.266
