The Edit Notes permission defines whether a user account or User Group can create new notes or alter existing notes for a database item. For more information, see Notes in the ClearSCADA Guide to ViewX and WebX Clients.
Availability: Can be restricted via the Permission Restrictions settings (see Define whether any Permissions are Restricted).
