The Global Parameters branch of the Server Configuration Tool includes an Advanced section.
Use the Configuration Change CRC setting in the Advanced section to determine whether Configuration Change CRC values are exposed via ViewX and WebX clients. The CRC values can be used to help to determine whether configuration changes have been made to the database since the CRC values were last read and recorded.
