Diagnose and Resolve the Server Load Problems

If you suspect that there is a high load on your server(s), you need to check for each of the possible causes. See the topics that are listed in the gray footer section at the bottom of this topic. Select the relevant entry to display the topic that you require.

Each of the topic listed below contains a procedure that explains how to determine whether the high server load is caused by the relevant problem, for example, caused by WebX client activity. The topics also provide information on how to resolve any problems that you identify by analyzing the status information.

You should follow the procedure for each cause in turn. If, after finishing a procedure, the high server load is still in effect, return to this topic and complete the procedure for another possible cause.
