Yes, ClearSCADA versions 71 and above are WITS verified for WITS version 1.1. ClearSCADA also supports WITS versions 1.0, 1.2 and 1.3, but is not WITS verified for these versions. The WITS verification means that ClearSCADA has passed an extensive range of tests set by the WITS Protocol Standards Association. The tests were conducted with three other WITS Field Device manufacturers.
