To specify the time element of a date and time field, you overtype the existing time with the time that you require.
To do this, select each time element in turn (hours, minutes, seconds, and then milliseconds) and overtype the time with the required value.
Repeat the process for the minutes, seconds, and milliseconds elements of the time.
