Every item in the ClearSCADA database has its own Status display (also referred to as a View window or View dialog). You view an item's Status display by selecting that item's View Status pick action or menu option. The Status display provides information about the status of the selected item, presenting the information in the form of 'status attributes'. Use this section if you need information on the status of any Random Generator on your system.
The Status display for a Random Generator provides information about the present state of that item.
Random Generators have:
- Various status attributes in common with Scanners. For information on any status attributes that are not listed below, see Status Attributes Associated with Scanners on Simple Drivers in the ClearSCADA Guide to Drivers.
- Status attributes that are specific to Random Generators:
- Sine Wave Value
- Saw Tooth Value
- Walk Value
- Random Value
Each of the attributes provides the instantaneous value of the relevant output at the moment the Status display is viewed.
