Display the Edit System Window

To add or edit a connection between a WebX Server and a ClearSCADA system, you need to use the Edit System window. This window contains the settings that allow you to define the properties of the WebX Server - system connection, including the type of connection and the node settings.

To display the Edit System window:

1. Display the WebX System Configuration Applet
2. Either:
   • Select the Add button to create a new connection between the WebX Server and a system.
     The Edit System window is displayed.

   Or:

   • In the list on the WebX System Configuration applet, select the connection for the system you want to edit, then double click to open the Edit System window for the selected system you want to edit.
     The Edit System window is displayed.

     

3. Use the Edit System Window to configure the system settings. For more information, see the topics that are listed in the gray footer section at the bottom of this topic. Select the relevant entry to display the topic that you require.
4. Select the OK button to confirm your configuration selections.
