The Reestablishment Interval field is displayed at the bottom of the Scan Parameters section on the Channel Form. Use the field to define how often the Geo SCADA Expert server attempts to establish communications with an outstation that is deemed to have failed. For most systems the default setting of 30 seconds is suitable.
You may need to increase the Reestablishment Interval if the Geo SCADA Expert server is allocating too much of its scan time to establishment attempts, leaving insufficient time to scan those outstations that are communicating.
