The Outstation Override state is indicated by a blue background color, by default.
The color indicates that the data for a point has been overridden at the outstation.
Operators with the required permissions can override a point if the Override feature has been enabled on the configuration Form for that point.
Most outstations support Master Station Override, rather than Outstation Overrides.
