This section covers configuration of properties that are specific to a DNP3 VT Service Port Master.
The VT Service Port Master Form has several tabs.
Use the Master VT Port tab to:
- Configure the Master VT Port Properties
- Specify the Frequency with which Communications Statistics are Updated.
Use the Connection tab to define the connection-specific settings for the port. Select the connection type that the outstation uses from these options:
- Serial connection (see Configure a Channel’s Serial Connection Properties in the Geo SCADA Expert Guide to Drivers).
- Remote Serial connection (see Configure a Channel’s Remote Serial Connection Properties in the Geo SCADA Expert Guide to Drivers).
