Working with the Database Schema

The Geo SCADA Expert Database Schema is a web based display that provides information about the various classes in the database. Each class has its own page that contains details about:

• Base Class—The class that is immediately above the selected class in the database hierarchy.
• Sub-Classes—The classes that are immediately below the selected class in the database hierarchy.

It also provides details about the various fields, aggregates, and methods that are contained within the class.

This section explains how to use the Geo SCADA Expert Database Schema and describes some of the potential entries.

To familiarize yourself with the Geo SCADA Expert Database Schema, you should:

1. Access the Database Schema.
2. Either:
   • Display Information about a Creatable Class

   Or:

   • Display Information about All Classes.
3. Learn how to Display a List of All Database Items in a Specific Class.
