Has Uncommanded Change

Associated with: Analog output points, digital output points and pulse controls for which a feedback point has been configured.

Geo SCADA Expert will set the attribute to True if the uncommanded change point receives an input value (outside of the timeout period) that does not satisfy the check set for the point. Geo SCADA Expert will set the attribute to False when a user issues a new control or when the uncommanded change point receives a value that satisfies the check.
