Controlled Station

A Controlled Station is a station such as an outstation, a slave, or a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) that is monitored and/or controlled by a Controlling Station.

Through the Geo SCADA Expert documentation suite, a controlled station is referred to as an outstation.
