Rules for Traces that have Multiple Sources

An ad hoc Trend’s trace can have multiple sources providing that either:

• The TRACE’s <Data Mode> is set to Current and UpdateMode = Interval.

or:

• The TRACE’s <Data Mode> is set to ProcessedHistoric and RawOverlay = False. (Be aware that no markers are displayed on a trace when RawOverlay = False.)

A multiple source trace has to obtain its data sources from the same Geo SCADA Expert database. (On Geo SCADA Expert systems that have Multiple Databases, use the TRACE section’s System identifier to specify the Geo SCADA Expert database that provides a trace’s data source(s).)
