The Diagnose button is available in the System Status window when you select a server is in the Configuration Problem Details state.
When you select the server and select the Diagnose button the Problem Diagnosis window is displayed:
If a server has a configuration problem the details surrounding that problem are reported. The Problem Diagnosis window displays the diagnosis and possible resolution option to the user.

The illustrations below show the components filled out for the 'Blank Database' and 'Database File Errors' configuration problems.
Option buttons relating to the solution are provided.
When there is no Specific Detail Information text to display, the text box is not shown.
