As with other database items, you can add reports to Group Templates. This section includes Guidelines on Configuring Reports within Group Templates.
Within a Group Template, a report is a ‘model’ report that is not ‘live’, but is used as a reference for the reports in the Group Instances that reference the Group Template.
Within each Group Instance, a ‘live’ report can be generated, printed, or exported as usual. The reports that are generated for one Instance are completely separate to the reports that are generated and stored for another Instance.
