Remove a Database Instance

You can use the Database Manager to remove a database instance from a server.

1. Shutdown the server (database instance) before you remove it from your system (see Stop a Geo SCADA Expert Server in the Geo SCADA Expert Guide to Server Administration).
2. Display the Database Manager.
3. Select the database instance you want to delete.

4. Select Remove.
   A Remove Server dialog box is displayed, asking you to confirm that you want to remove the server's registry entries.

   

5. Select Yes to confirm the deletion or select No to cancel.
