This section summarizes those Queries List options that a system administrator can configure on a per client basis. Such options, if required to differ from the defaults, should be specified on existing clients (workstations) when a Geo SCADA Expert system is first installed, and then on new clients whenever they are added to the system. On each client, you specify the options using the Options window.
You can use the Options window to specify the format in which Lists are to be displayed on that particular client (see Specify the Preferred List Options on a ViewX Client).
For anyone that accesses the system without logging on via a User Account, use the Options window to define the client-specific Features that are available to the Guest User, including:
- To which Explorer Bars the Guest User has access on that particular client. This includes whether or not they can access the Queries Bar from which Queries Lists can be displayed.
