Define the Recipient of the Message (To)

When sending a message to a pager device or mobile telephone, you need to specify which User account is used by the intended recipient of the message. For example, if you want to send a message to a system user named M. Green, you would configure the To property to match the User account used by M.Green.

You only need to configure the To property if you use the Send Pager Message action for a Pager Service item. The To property does not apply if you select this action for a User item (as the User account to be used is implicit).

To define the To property:

1. Display the Send Pager Message window by right-clicking on a Pager Service and selecting the Send Pager Message action (see Sending a Message Manually).
2. Use the To combo box to select the User account of the intended recipient. You can only choose from those User accounts that have been configured to be associated with the selected Pager Service.
