Global functions, also referred to as 'Common functions' are functions that are available for each type of object. This means that they can be used in both Mimic scripts and Alarm Banner scripts, and as they do not reference a particular type of object, their syntax has no object preface.
Like other Geo SCADA Expert-specific functions, the Global functions provide additional functionality.
