Minimum Configuration

For each point, as a minimum you have to specify these features on the appropriately named <Driver Type> tab, then place the point In Service and save the configuration:

• The Scanner or other device to which the point is attached.

If you want point data to be stored historically, you also have to:

• Enable and configure logging on the Historic tab, if data is to be stored historically in the server database.
