Range

The range algorithm finds the difference between the raw maximum and raw minimum values in the interval. If only one value exists in the interval, the range is zero. The range is always zero or positive.

The quality filter determines what values are included / ignored. The quality doesn't depend on ignored values.

All interval values are returned with the timestamp of the start of the interval.
