Define the File Transfer Parameters
The IEC 60870-5 protocol allows a variety of files to be transferred between the SCADA master station and an IEC 60870-5 outstation.
Use this field in the IEC 60870-5 section of the Server Configuration Tool to specify the parameters for such file transfers:
- Specify the folder where files will be uploaded to and downloaded from—Use this field to specify the folder that is used to store files for uploading to, or downloading from, the SCADA master station. File transfers are constrained to only accessing files in this folder (and any subfolders).
Use the Browse button adjacent to the field to display a Reference browse window, and choose the required file location. On multi-server systems, the relevant files are uploaded to or downloaded from this location on whichever Geo SCADA Expert server is the main server at the time.
