Advanced EWS Config Alarm

Associated with: Advanced EWS Points

The Advanced EWS Config Alarm status attribute indicates whether the point configuration contains an invalid Current Data ID. (This error is only detected when the driver attempts to poll the specified EWS server—any other configuration errors are detected by the Geo SCADA Expert server at the time that the configuration is saved.)

Possible states: Displays one of the Standard Alarm States.

Example:

Enabled Active Fleeting at 2020-05-29 10:05:32.637

If an alarm state is displayed, also check the point's Current Quality status attribute. This latter status attribute will have a 'Configuration Error' state if an invalid Current Data ID is deemed to be the cause of the issue. You can also use the Events List, Alarms List, and driver log files to ascertain further information about the cause of the alarm.
