Specify the Field Properties

Once you Add Fields to a Data Grid, follow this procedure to specify the properties for that field:

  1. Right-click on the field heading in the Data Grid Editor.
    A context sensitive menu is displayed.
  2. Select the Properties option.
    The Field Properties window is displayed.
  3. Use the Field Properties Window to specify the field’s properties (such as the type of data that the field is to contain).
  4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 for any other fields for which you want to specify the properties.
