Types of Abstract Item
The following table lists the types of Abstract Item that you can add to Group Templates, along with the type of item that you can convert them into within each Group Instance.
Refer to the driver-specific documentation for the types of outstation and point that are supported by the drivers on your system, before adding Abstract items to any Group Templates that you are configuring, to ensure that you select the most appropriate types. In addition to the items listed below, some drivers also support driver-specific Abstract items. For information on any Abstract items not listed below, see the relevant driver guide.
