This topic is about client-side printing. You can use client-side printing for printing to file (such as PDF) or onto paper.
You can print a report that is displayed in the Crystal Reports Viewer by using the Print Report option from the ViewX File menu (see Accessing Print Options). You can also print reports from within the Crystal Reports Viewer.
Be aware that any print settings specified on the report’s configuration Form do not apply when printing a report directly from the Crystal Reports Viewer—instead, you need to specify the required settings using the Print option on the ViewX File menu.
If you use the Crystal Reports Viewer to print a report, be aware that the report content will not contain the latest Geo SCADA Expert data. Instead, the report that you print will contain data that has been previously retrieved using the Generate Report pick action.
