Override

Associated with: Points on which the Override feature is supported and enabled

The Override status attribute indicates whether a point’s value is currently overridden.

When a point is overridden, the attribute indicates:

The attribute displays None when no override is in force.

Example

Overridden at Master Station by JDJefferson
(Indicating that a point is currently overridden at the server. The override was requested by the user ‘JDJefferson’.)

While a local override is in force, the point value and state that were ‘put aside’ in favor of the locally overridden value are indicated by the Put Aside Value and Put Aside State status attributes, respectively.
