With most Geo SCADA Expert drivers, Geo SCADA Expert is the SCADA Master. With such a setup, the Geo SCADA Expert serverretrieves the data from its outstations, PLCs and other devices using the appropriate protocol.
For each protocol that Geo SCADA Expert is to use to retrieve data and/or control plant, you need to install the appropriate Geo SCADA Expert driver on your system. You can run any number of Geo SCADA Expert drivers on your system, however for optimum performance, we advise that you only install those drivers that you require.
