Administrative Overview
You are provided with the following set of administrative tools to help you configure and manage your Geo SCADA Expert installation:
The Geo SCADA Expert Server Configuration Tool provides you with tools to configure the Geo SCADA Expert server specific features, such Database file locations, Log files and security.
The Server Icon allows you to start and stop your database, it also provides you with access to database maintenance tools and licensing management.
The Server Status Tool helps you to check the status of your system and investigate unexpected system behavior. This tool is designed to provide you with the current system state and current system activity and can be used to diagnose unexpected occurrences on your system.
The Service Manager Tool allows you to start and stop the Geo SCADA Expert services when required. You may need to start, stop, and restart the Geo SCADA Expert server when you make changes to certain parts of the server configuration.
The Geo SCADA Expert Client Tool allows you to configure clients and their settings to communicate to the Geo SCADA Expert server.
The Database Manager Tool allows you to manage multiple Geo SCADA Expert servers on a single computer. By using the Database Manager, you can add, setup and remove the 'database instances' that represent each individual Geo SCADA Expert database server.
