Configure a DNP3 Remote Device

You have to create a separate database item for each DNP3 Remote Device item that you want to associate with a SCADAPack x70 DNP3 Data Concentrator Client. When you have created a SCADAPack x70 DNP3 Remote Device item, use the DNP3 tab to configure the remote device.

You can associate a maximum of 100 DNP3 Remote Device items with the SCADAPack x70 DNP3 Data Concentrator Client. If a DNP3 Remote Device item is added beyond this limit, it remains invalid. When an associated and active DNP3 Remote Device item is deleted, the oldest of the existing DNP3 Remote Device items is updated and becomes valid.
