Where is this Topic Located in the Help?

When a topic is on display in the help, the location of that topic is automatically tracked in the Contents pane to indicate the location of that topic in the help. When the Contents pane is on display, the topic's highlighted entry in that pane will typically appear within the visible area of that pane. If the topic's entry is not visible in the Contents pane, scroll down the Contents pane to locate the highlighted topic entry. You might need to do this, for example, if the topic is located towards the bottom of a large branch of topics in the hierarchical tree structure of the Help Contents.

You can ascertain a topic's general location in the help by looking at its path in the topic header. This indicates the overall region of the help, the guide within which the topic is located, and the branch within that guide. Additionally, the gray section of the topic footer indicates the immediate hierarchy in which the topic is located - the footer contains a combination of the parent, child, and/or sibling topics that appear alongside the topic in the Help Contents.
