Pan Along the X-Axis

Once you have used the Zoom feature to increase the magnification of a region of the x-axis, you can use the Pan feature to move to a different region of that axis. The Pan feature maintains the current level of magnification, and is useful if you want to view the trace values on a different part of the X-Y-Z Plot. To view a different part of the X-Y-Z Plot:

  1. Place the cursor over a part of the x-axis that does not contain a trace.
The cursor changes to a 'hand' shape.
  2. Hold down the left mouse button and 'drag' the cursor along the x-axis, in the required direction.
The region of the Plot that is on display changes in relation to the speed and direction in which you drag the cursor. The current zoom level is maintained.
