You can view information about a particular trace. The information is displayed in the form of a ToolTip. To view the information, place the cursor over the tick (short line) that indicates the trace's position on the x-axis. A ToolTip is displayed, showing information about the trace.
The ToolTip shows:
Either:
- The full name of the database item that is the trace's data source
Or:
- The label that is assigned to the trace (if the Label differs from the trace's Source).
And
The position at which the trace is located along the x-axis. The position indicates the trace's location in relation to the range that the x-axis is configured to represent.
Example:
The ToolTip shown below is for a trace that is labeled 'Sensor 1'. The trace is located 150 meters along the range that is represented by the x-axis.
