If your User Account enables you to View Alarms, you can view the Alarm Banner if it is not on display.
On a ViewX client:
- Display the Home tab on the ViewX ribbon.
- Select Alarm Banner in the Operate command group.
The Alarm Banner is displayed.
On a WebX client, either:
- Select the Show/Hide Alarm Banner command on the navigation bar.
Or:
- Select the button that is displayed centrally at the top or bottom of the document display area. (The button is located alongside the edge of the window against which the Alarm Banner was docked when it was last on display.)
The Alarm Banner is displayed.
