The Bad Quality state is indicated by a pink foreground color, by default.
The color indicates that the quality of the item’s data is suspect. This might be due, for example, to the item having invalid configuration, or being Out of Service.
Refer to the Quality column on the relevant List, or the Quality attribute on the item’s Status Display, for the reason for the data being suspect.
