Some counter-type points have different types of alarm limit to those explained in this guide. The Procedure for Configuring a Counter-Type Point’s Limits is very similar, regardless of the type of limit. The driver guides explain any limits that are driver-specific.
Counter-type points can also be configured to have:
- Two sets of alarm limits (see Multiple Alarm Limits)
- Multiple Point State Alarms (in which case an additional Alarm column is displayed in the Alarm Limits section of the Point Form).
