For large or complex reports, you might choose to split the data entries into groups. Use Group Name fields to specify the data Groups in your reports (see Group the Data in a Report).
By default, when you add a Group Name field to a report, the Group Name title is added to the corresponding Group Header section of the report. If you do not want a Group Name title to be inserted whenever you add a Group to a report, clear the Insert Group Name with Group check box on the Layout tab in the Options window.
To generate only the data for a specific Group, rather than all of the Groups in a report, consider using a Parameter Field.
