If you want your reports to be landscape rather than portrait, you need to specify the settings that you require within the Crystal Reports Page Setup.
You can print your reports directly from the Crystal Reports application, or from ViewX.
Whenever you print your reports directly from the Crystal Reports application, you need to specify the page setup and printer using the options in Crystal Reports’ File menu.
(When you print your reports on the server, using the Print Report pick action, the server uses the print settings that you specify on the Crystal Reports tab of the Crystal Report Form (see Configure the Report Properties). Whenever you use the Crystal Reports Viewer to display a previously generated report in ViewX, and then choose to print that report, you can specify the print settings using the Print option, available from the ViewX File menu. You then use ViewX’s Print menu option to print the report. (For more information on using the Viewer, see Using the Crystal Reports Viewer.))
