The Assign Alarm Responsibility permission defines whether a user account or User Group can access the various Responsibility methods that are available for Set Responsibility Action items. Availability: Can be restricted via the Permission Restrictions settings (see Define whether any Permissions are Restricted). By default, the Assign Alarm Responsibility permission is restricted on a per server basis.
