The Off/On Scan permission defines whether the user or User Group can access the Off/On Scan actions for outstations and points. The Off/On Scan actions are only available for outstations and points on certain drivers, for example, they are available on DNP3 outstations and points.
Availability: Can be restricted via the Permission Restrictions settings (see Define whether any Permissions are Restricted).
