Historic Algorithms (Custom)

Historic algorithms are calculations that can be applied to raw historic data. They are used to provide an overview of values or to provide specific statistics, for example, the average value of a point over a specified time period.

There are many different built-in historic algorithms that are available in ClearSCADA and you can also create your own custom historic algorithms. There are two types of historic algorithm that you can create:

You can use the Historic Algorithms settings to add, modify, and remove custom historic algorithms (historic calculations). The Historic Algorithms settings are located in the Database Configuration branch on the ClearSCADA Server Configuration Tool.

For more information about how to add, modify or remove algorithms, see the topics that are listed in the gray footer section at the bottom of this topic. Select the relevant entry to display the topic that you require.
