Pan a Trend

You can also use the Pan tool to force the Trend to show data plotted before or after the currently displayed interval. This is useful as it allows you to view data between two set intervals. For example, if the X-Axis shows one hour from 09.25 to 10.25, the Previous Interval and Next Interval tools only allow you to view 08.25-09.25 and 10.25-11.25 respectively. By using the Pan tool, you can view any hour’s worth of data, for example, you could pan the Trend so that it displays values for the time period 09.55 to 10.55.

To use the Pan tool on a Trend:

  1. Display a Trend in Run Mode.
