This status attribute replaces the Created status attribute once an item’s configuration has been modified.
The Last Modified attribute indicates:
- The date and time at which an item’s configuration was last modified
- The name of the user that was logged onto the system from that node (workstation) at the time
- The number of times that the item’s configuration has been modified.
Example:
2007-11-18 13:35:11.368 by Engineer1 (Version 3)
(Indicating that the item’s configuration was last modified at the date and time specified above. ‘Engineer1’ was the user that was logged onto the workstation at the time that the item’s configuration was last modified. The Version number indicates that the item’s configuration has been modified 3 times since the item was added to the database.)
