You can change the gas composition for a run by calling the ChangeGasComp method on a ROC Plus Scanner that is mapped to the ROC device for which you want to change the gas composition. For more information, see the topic about ROC Plus Scanner Methods.
Alternatively, you could call the Control method on a point that reads a single gas composition value.
